SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING THROUGHOUT ITALY STANDARD RATE EURO 7.50 for orders over €75 shipping is free.

Delivery of your order can take between 3 and 5 working days based on the availability of the purchased goods in stock . Shipments are made with GLS courier which generally takes 1/2 working days for delivery from the moment the order is processed by Sugar Jewellery.

Couriers DO NOT deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays. Any delays are attributable to the courier and not to the seller. Once shipped, you will receive an email with yours tracking number. It is necessary to provide a valid telephone number for any communications from the courier.

Upon delivery of the goods the Customer is required to check:

-That the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;

-That the packaging is intact and unaltered even in the closing tapes;

Attention: In the event of tampering and/or breakages of the package, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing "RESERVE OF CONTROL OF GOODS FOR (indicate the reason)" on the delivery document received from the courier. The Customer must subsequently report any damage within 2 (two) days of receiving the goods according to the methods established by the operator chosen for shipping and/or delivery and/or by the operator. Important: In case of a defective product:

- we will collect and replace the defective product free of charge if notified within 3 days of sale.

- we replace the defective product within 14 days but with collection paid by the customer.

In case of incorrect purchase:

- we collect the product within 14 days with collection paid by the customer and according to our return policy.

===========IMPORTANT - NOTES ON BILLING===========

ATTENTION: the customer who, after placing the order, wishes to receive an invoice is kindly required to communicate his private tax code, or company data to allow us to issue and send a tax invoice for the guarantee. For VAT purposes, since these indirect e-commerce operations are assimilated to mail order sales, the relevant provisions contained in the Presidential Decree N.633/72 will apply. Therefore, they will not be subject to the obligation to issue an invoice (unless requested by the customer at the time of purchase, as provided for in Article 22 of the PD). In fact, for the online seller there is an obligation to note in a specific register all payments for sales made without requesting an invoice (so-called register of payments provided for by article 24 of Presidential Decree 633 of 1972). For the guarantee, a delivery note is issued as a guarantee document which is always valid for 2 years as required by law.

Shipping costs are €7.50 for Italy, delivery will take place within 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays). During holidays such as Christmas the times will be longer.

It is possible, by paying a little extra, to request express shipping within 48 hours by courier.

VAT is not calculated separately, but is applied, unless otherwise indicated in the order process, depending on the items ordered by the seller through the Sugar Jewelery website. Items purchased from the seller may be subject to sales tax in some states (depending on where the order is shipped). If an item is subject to sales tax, according to the tax laws of the destination country, the tax is generally calculated on the total sales price of each individual item, including shipping and handling charges, packaging and other services , less any applicable discounts. If sales tax is calculated separately and applied based on the items ordered by the seller through the Sugar Jewelery site, the tax amount that appears during the order process is only an estimate. The actual amount of tax that will be charged to your credit card will be calculated when your order is processed and will appear in your order confirmation.

WHAT IS SUGAR

SUGAR is a silver jewelery brand born in 2017 which is gaining recognition, not only thanks to the quality of the manufacturing, but also thanks to the ability to give its own style to the product.

In fact, thanks to its bright colors and the diamond detail of the tops that crown the jewels, SUGAR is able to convey uniqueness and identity to the latter.

It is still a "young" product, but full of artisanal experience totally MADE IN ITALY.

HOW THEY ARE MADE  OUR SUGAR

Each SUGAR jewel is handmade with the skilful compromise between craftsmanship and technology. All the components are made directly within our company and the spinning tops, once subjected to the coloring treatment, are diamond-cut with precision and inserted one by one, with artisanal skill, onto the cardan chain recreating long rows of shiny SUGAR, from where bracelets and necklaces will be created.

The coloring process of the SUGAR tops was entrusted to a company specialized in color treatment. The finished product is therefore configured, pursuant to article 7(2) of EC regulation 1907/2006 (REACH), as articles with unintentional release of substances. The analyzes of the production cycle and the raw materials used allow us to deduce that in the materials used on SUGAR articles no substances currently subject to the authorization procedure are present in concentrations greater than 0.1%.

Furthermore, each SUGAR jewel is strictly "Nickel Free".
